Southside Sites focuses on plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, handymen, deck builders, and similar businesses. We’re rooted in Tinley Park and the Chicago south suburbs, and we build for clients across Illinois and remotely nationwide.
You already know how to do the work. You need a site that looks trustworthy, loads on a phone, and makes it obvious how to call you — not a 40-page brochure you’ll never update.
We’re not selling a monthly “marketing partnership” as the default. The main offer is a one-time build with a clean handoff. Hosting, Google Business Profile, and SEO help are available as add-ons when you want them.

- Quick discovery Your trade, service area, must-have pages, and whether you need a logo. We recommend a package.
- Build We design and build a mobile-first site with your content (or help write it). You review drafts and request changes.
- Launch We connect the domain (e.g. on Cloudflare), turn on HTTPS, and test forms and click-to-call.
- Handoff You get the site, logins/instructions as needed, and optional add-ons — not a forced retainer.
One-time handoff, on purpose
A lot of agencies want you on a monthly fee forever. That’s fine for some businesses. For many local trades, it’s overkill.
Stay when you want
Need hosting managed, GBP posts, or small edits later? Ask. Those are optional — not the price of admission.
No copyright traps
Logos and designs we create for you are original. We don’t drop risky stock marks onto your brand.
